Refund policy

If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Unused, unopened product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Email nicole@larivierabotanics.com with your order number before you send it back.

Return shipping is yours unless we sent the wrong item or the bottle arrived damaged. In that case we cover it. Take a photo of the damage and send it with the order number.

Opened oils cannot be resold, so we cannot refund those except for damage or a packing error.

Wholesale returns are handled on the invoice, not through the retail cart.
